This Dakota market leading battery powered motion driveway perimeter alarm/alert system uses an infrared sensor that detects people and cars up to 20 metres away and then transmits a wireless signal back to the receiver up to 400 metres away, often used to protect farms, driveways, gardens, perimeters etc.

 

This special kit includes:

- a wireless Outdoor Pir Detector

- a birdbox

- a receiver

- a wireless small pager

 

The wooden bird box covers, hides & helps to protect the PIR. The weatherproof one sided PIR has a narrow beam which, when located about 1.20 metres from the ground, avoids detecting small animals such as rabits, cats, dogs etc. The Pir doesn't have to point at any other object which makes it easy and quick to install. The detection range of 20 metres can easily be reduced.

 

The class leading wireless range is an impressive 400 metres (line of sight) back to the receiver. The 4 channel receiver has 4- built in chimes, 4 x timed dry relay outputs (which can be used to activate dialers, sirens, lights, speech alarms and other accessories), a 12v DC output (to power sirens & flashing lights), a volume and on/off control and is powered by a plug in transformer using a standard wall socket.

 

The wireless pager receiver gives an audible, visual and vibration and recordable portable alert when using any of our dakota driveway alarm systems. Just the size of a small match box, supplied with a belt clip and charger, it is a perfect solutions for receiving a signal from wireless Pir detector. It can be used in addition to a plug in receiver or as a stand alone receiver

 

 

You can use as many additional receivers or pagers as you need for your application. You can use as many additional detectors as you want to grouping them into the four different channels which each make a different tune and trigger a different relay.

With the counter function you will now know when the PIR detector was activated.The Pager is also a very portable receiver.
